Kitting Associate

Picker/Packer Assembly

Assembler / Kitter Pay: $16.35–$19.82 /hour based on experience Are you detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work? Join our team as an Assembler / Kitter and play an important role in preparing customer orders for shipment. In this position, you'll assemble printed materials into complete kits, inspect products for quality, package finished orders, and ensure every shipment meets customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Required Skills: Ability to assemble, sort, and package printed materials into customer kits Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues Ability to follow work instructions and customer specifications Basic computer and math skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in assembly, warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing preferred Other Requirements: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
