Paralegal - Closer
Weeks & Irvine LLC
Prepare and review all legal documents necessary to conduct a Real Estate closing, under the supervision of their managing attorney. General Accountabilities Prepare final closing statements. Checks legal documents related to the transaction. Notarizes documents and ensures all forms are legal. Calculates adjustments and communicates that information to the parties involved in the sale. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Service orientation Time management Problem solving SoftPro experience is preferred This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
