Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, providing carts that are ready and available, and helping members load their vehicles. You will also assist members throughout the store to create a great experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine. Our members count on you. What You’ll Do Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled, contacting members when pickup time is delayed or items are unavailable, and offering alternative products. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to facility management. Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and handling payments according to company policies. Locate and organize merchandise, zone designated areas, and maintain cart and flatbed availability. Assist members with transporting items and using cart retrieval equipment. Adhere to company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity. Use data and resources to prioritize work, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change. Key Responsibilities You thrive in fast‑paced environments. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
