ACG Global Commercialization Manager

Agilent seeks a Global Commercialization Manager to lead product launches and drive commercialization strategy for the CrossLab Group. The role involves managing multiple simultaneous launches, coordinating cross-functional teams across geographies, and ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization plans for new life science products aligned with company and market objectives
Lead and manage multiple product launch projects simultaneously while maintaining timely execution against commercialization playbook
Conduct commercialization milestone meetings with divisions and field teams to secure pricing and forecast commitments
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure launch success and drive data-informed improvements
Train Product Managers on go-to-market processes and collaborate with Solution units on messaging and content development

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
8+ years experience in product marketing, sales channels, commercial marketing, or cross-functional project leadership
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Proven cross-functional team collaboration experience across geographies and cultures
Analytical mindset with data interpretation and strategic decision-making skills
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
Knowledge of life sciences industry requirements and standards

Compensation: $135,840–$212,250/year plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
