Mystique Medical Spa is the People's Choice Award Winner for Best Medical Spa for 6 consecutive years. We are currently accepting applications for our Patient Care Coordinator position. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for creating an exceptional checkout experience for every patient. This role combines patient service, treatment-plan coordination, sales, scheduling, and daily administrative support. The ideal candidate will be personable, polished, and sales-oriented with confidence in discussing pricing and promotions. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Providing a warm and professional checkout experience ensuring each patient leaves feeling valued, appreciated, and well cared for.
• Accurately process payments, memberships, rewards, promotions, financing, discounts, and other transactions.
• Reviewing provider-recommended treatment plans and explain pricing, packages, promotions, and payment options.
• Converting treatment recommendations into scheduled appointments.
• Promoting memberships, skincare products, maintenance treatments, and complementary services.
• Educating patients about rewards, memberships, financing options, and available savings.
• Rebooking patients at recommended treatment intervals and sending requests for patient reviews.
• Maintaining accurate encounter notes, invoices, payment documentation, and tracking sheets.
• Completing daily reconciliation, closing procedures, restocking, and other operational duties.
• Providing backup support by answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Participating in ongoing meetings, product education, and training.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
• Medical assistant and/or phlebotomy license preferred
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, medical aesthetics, beauty, retail, or a medical office is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in person and by phone, email, and text.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional judgment and commitment to protecting patient confidentiality.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a plus.

Position offers a competitive wage between $19 - $23 per hour with generous benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO, Sick Time, 401(k) with Company match, and tiered revenue bonuses.
