Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This role requires flexibility to float to various units and hospitals as needed, ensuring optimal patient care across multiple settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various clinical settings.
  • Assist in the overall management of patient needs and support other nursing staff as required.
  • Adhere to established nursing protocols and policies to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to maintain professional standards.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Schedule Requirements
  • Must be available for holiday shifts as required.
  • Work every other weekend.
  • Options available for 36 or 48 hours per week schedules.
Education and Qualifications
  • Associate degree in nursing is required.
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent from the Red Cross is required.
  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Alabama or a compact license (temporary licenses are not accepted).
  • Active registration with NURSYS is mandatory.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing is required, with a preference for experience in the relevant specialty.
  • Will consider candidates with 18 months of experience in nursing, provided they have worked under the highest level of professional license and possess at least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty area.
