Our success is built on strong Superintendents who take pride in running clean, efficient jobsites and executing work the right way.As our project volume grows, we are adding a Superintendent to support our field operations and work in close partnership with a Field Project Manager and leadership team.Learn more at: RoleAs a Superintendent at Waterton, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of projects in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on production, coordination, safety, and quality.You will work directly with a Field Project Manager, who provides project oversight and support, while you own the jobsite, crews, and daily execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily field operations on assigned hardscape and outdoor construction projectsCoordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveriesExecute project plans, schedules, and scopes as directed by the Project ManagerMaintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all timesMonitor quality and ensure work meets Waterton standards and specificationsIdentify issues early and communicate proactively with the Project ManagerMaintain accurate daily logs, photos, and jobsite documentationEnsure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to planIdeal Candidate ProfileProven experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Lead in hardscape, civil, sitework, landscaping, or exterior constructionStrong understanding of construction sequencing, crew management, and jobsite logisticsAbility to manage multiple scopes and trades on active jobsitesTakes pride in running organized, professional, and safe jobsitesWorks well within a structured PM/Superintendent modelClear communicator who raises issues early and solutions-focusedRespected by crews for consistency, fairness, and leadershipComfortable working in the field every dayCompensationCompetitive compensation, based on experience and responsibilityBenefits and growth opportunities discussed during the interview processWhy WatertonClear leadership structure and support from a dedicated Field Project ManagerManageable workload with realistic expectationsQuality -focused company that values craftsmanship and professionalismStable, growing Texas firm with long-term opportunityLeadership that trusts Superintendents to run their jobs well
