Plant HR Manager - Manufacturing Leader

Silgan Closures in New Castle, PA is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our manufacturing facility. You will partner with plant leadership to drive employee relations, recruiting, benefits, onboarding, performance management and safety programs in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in HR, and proven experience in a manufacturing setting, plus strong knowledge of employment law and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr IPEC
