Locums Family Medicine Clinic Crescent City, CA Why This Role Long-term outpatient family medicine coverage with ongoing need Flexible scheduling with potential 10-hour shifts Community health setting with mix of pediatric and adult patients Epic EMR with supportive clinic staff onsite Assignment Details Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic Start Date: ASAP Ongoing assignment Schedule: - Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm - 10-hour shifts possible No call EMR: Epic Requirements Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Family Medicine Active California license Active DEA before start BLS DO candidates accepted Must have experience with chronic pain management Clinical Details Minimum 18 patients per day Mix of pediatric and adult outpatient patients Family medicine clinic setting Includes some chronic pain management Preferred experience with: - Well woman care - IUD insertion/removal - Pediatric outpatient care across all age groups Chart closure required within 72 hours Support Staff 1 RN 2 MAs
