- Supervise and support a team of Quality Inspectors , ensuring performance, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment while following all company and client safety requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain work instructions and quality processes .
- Monitor production processes, control points, equipment, and personnel to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, drive improvements, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Communicate expectations clearly while providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance support .
- Address employee relations matters, including attendance, performance, and behavioral concerns in partnership with HR.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to support operational success and career growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet production demands and customer requirements.
- Accurately enter and manage time, production data, and other required information within company systems.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and client-specific requirements.
- 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with quality systems, reporting tools, and process improvement initiatives .
- Proficiency with digital systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and effectively lead teams.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work any shift based on business needs .
