Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $65–$70/hour
Contract: ASAP through the end of the 2026–2027 school year
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in San Jose, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity working with a high school caseload in a well-resourced district that is committed to supporting its students and staff.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
37.5 hours per week
Competitive pay of $65–$70/hour
High school caseload
Students with mild to moderate disabilities
Caseload capped at 55 students
Supportive district with strong resources and staff support
Qualifications:
Current California Occupational Therapist license
Ability to provide OT services in a school-based setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for supporting students' functional, academic, and developmental needs
