DeFi Strategy Manager (Crypto)

Najib Sayegh Advisory is expanding its digital asset initiatives and is seeking a DeFi Strategy Manager (Crypto) to support development and execution of strategies across decentralized finance markets. The role focuses on identifying DeFi opportunities, supporting capital deployment decisions, and maintaining structured oversight of protocol participation. The position contributes to consistent strategy execution and long-term performance across digital asset initiatives within Najib Sayegh Advisory. Responsibilities Evaluate DeFi protocols and platforms for strategic participation. Monitor performance of deployed capital across decentralized finance environments. Assess risk and return profiles associated with protocol activity. Track asset allocation across DeFi protocols and liquidity platforms. Maintain reporting related to strategy performance and market activity. Identify opportunities and inefficiencies across DeFi markets. Support internal stakeholders with insights into strategy execution. Maintain documentation related to DeFi strategy processes. Requirements Experience working with DeFi protocols or decentralized exchanges. Strong understanding of DeFi market structure and yield strategies. Experience evaluating digital asset investment opportunities. Familiarity with blockchain transaction flows and network mechanics. Experience using DeFi analytics tools and blockchain explorers. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Professional fluency in English. Ability to operate in fast-moving digital asset environments. Experience evaluating or supporting strategy within DeFi or crypto environments.
