Position Overview: We're seeking a skilled massage therapist to provide top-notch service and relaxation techniques in our luxury destination spa. You'll be instrumental in enhancing guest satisfaction, addressing their needs through effective massage therapy, and maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Conduct initial assessments and recommend suitable massage techniques.
• Perform 50 to 120-minute professional massages with expertise and care.
• Adhere to universal health protocols and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Manage schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary treatment environment.
• Meet sales goals by promoting products and treatments effectively.
• Attend training sessions and departmental meetings.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certification and licensing as a massage therapist, with a minimum of 500 hours of training from an AMTA accredited/approved school.
• At least 2 years of spa experience and retail knowledge is preferable.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 25 pounds.
