Whether you are a culinary professional or interested in taking on a new challenge, we provide the training and tools to ensure that each one of our team members is successful in their role.Position Duties:Operation of brick oven and equipmentProper sanitation and preventative maintenance of brick oven and equipmentFollow HACCP guidelines and complete safety temperature sheetsProper handling, preparation, pulling, and rotation of pizza doughMaintain presentable appearance and professional demeanor by Marzoni's standard – open kitchenPerforming other duties as assigned or directedWhen our doors opened over 20 years ago, Bill Campbell emphasized "treating others the way you want to be treated".
