Fuller Dental is seeking an experienced Associate General Dentist to join our established, multi-provider dental practice in Burlington, North Carolina. With a collaborative team of eight General Dentists, a comprehensive approach to patient care, and an advanced clinical environment, this is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to grow professionally while maintaining a desirable work-life balance.

We are looking for a patient-focused dentist who values teamwork, quality dentistry, and continued professional development. This position offers a consistent 3–4 day workweek, with Fridays required , providing a balance of flexibility and continuity of care.

3–4 days per week, with Fridays required

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Friday: 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

The selected dentist will work a consistent schedule of three or four days per week, including Fridays. Additional scheduling details can be discussed during the interview process.

Located at 3450 Forestdale Drive, Burlington, NC 27215 , Fuller Dental is an established practice providing comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages. The practice emphasizes personalized treatment planning, advanced technology, and a team-based approach to helping patients achieve long-term oral health.

Services include preventive, cosmetic, restorative, implant, orthodontic, and other comprehensive dental treatments. The practice is equipped with advanced imaging and clinical technology to support a wide range of patient needs.
