Production Operator

Position: Production Operator (Entry Level) – Full-time Location: GAM Boyertown Site – Boyertown, PA 19512. Job shift: Graveyard (12‑hour shift, 7 nights on, 7 nights off per cycle). Training: Mon‑Fri 7am‑3pm prior to assignment. Must be available for both day and overnight shifts. Salary: $27.58 per hour. Key responsibilities and qualifications are listed below. Responsibilities Adhere to Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures; work safely with hazardous materials. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions; complete forms, charts, and other documentation. Respond appropriately to process variations. Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain regular housekeeping. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment, performing preventative maintenance as needed. Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks. Label and handle materials correctly according to procedures. Stand and handle coils/rods for the duration of the shift. Stand and lift up to 50 lbs of material for the duration of the shift. Walk up and down platforms as required. Operate forklift and other motorized transportation equipment as necessary. Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment. Ability to read and follow operating procedures and work instructions. Ability to follow precise standards and work with others. High school diploma or equivalent.
