Role Description This is a hybrid contract role for a Senior Bookkeeper based in San Diego, CA, with opportunities to work remotely. The Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate financial statements, maintaining bookkeeping systems, and handling journal entries. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and contributes to efficient financial operations. Some of the work will involve project cost tracking for military contracts (no security clearnces required) Qualifications Strong expertise in managing Financial Statements and preparing accurate and timely financial reports Proficiency in Bookkeeping and knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experience with leading Accounting Software and handling Journal Entries efficiently Solid understanding of Finance concepts and ability to provide financial insights Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid workforce Experience in government or highly regulated sectors is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Bristol AI
