Remodeling Carpenter

Overview Are you a carpentry professional ready to turn dreams into reality? Join DHI Builds, Inc. , a residential remodeling contractor specializing in bathroom and kitchen remodels, mobile and manufactured home repair, and related projects. This is a full-time Carpenter - Remodeler position based in Murrieta, CA serving the Riverside and Escondido areas. Compensation ranges from $20 to $32 an hour depending on experience, with opportunities for growth within the company. You will dispatch directly from your home to job sites, with no need to report to a central location. Responsibilities Work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule in a hands-on, on-site role Dispatch from home to job sites across Murrieta, Riverside, and Escondido Perform remodeling tasks including demolition, framing, cabinetry installation, and drywall patching Specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodels, as well as mobile and manufactured home repairs Apply expertise in plumbing, electrical work, tile setting, flooring, carpentry, and related trades to deliver high-quality results Work independently, communicate effectively, manage time, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Maintain craftsmanship quality that reflects positively on the company and clients Carpenter - Remodeler Qualifications 5+ years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, and tile setting Proficiency in at least 3 trades Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to provide own tools and truck Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs Willingness to work on mobile homes, including leveling services and potential crawling under homes Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently Effective communication skills Strong organization and time management skills Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications Experience using BuilderTrend project management software Experience and skills across multiple trades About Our Remodeling Business At DHI Builds, Inc., we transform houses into homes with a focus on precision and client collaboration.
