- 3 years of experience in a plant or industrial environment
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment
- Basic electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting motors, switches, and control panels
- Familiarity with MSHA safety regulations
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on crushers, conveyors, screens, and other quarry equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues with plant machinery and systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures or safety hazards
- Weld, fabricate, and make structural repairs to equipment and plant components
- Respond to emergency breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime
