Full-time Responsibilities Process and sterilize instruments to the highest standards. Assist and handle the instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Gain an understanding of the procedures being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon. Ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and function cooperatively with physicians and staff exhibiting teamwork characteristics. Maintain the highest standard of sterile technique and vigilance of the sterile field during the surgical procedure. Requirements Knowledge of Microsoft Office Windows or G-Suite Effectively work in a team environment.
