Position Overview
Entry-level position responsible for assisting with metal finishing, surface preparation, and field service work while learning from experienced technicians in a safe, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with metal finishing processes, including electropolishing, passivation, and O2 cleaning.
• Prepare and polish metal surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Support shop and field projects.
• Perform basic quality checks and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Participate in training and learn basic technical drawings and work instructions.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift materials as required.
