Radiology Tech PRN _ Imagining Services-Radiology

Location: 427 HWY 51 NORTH, Brookhaven, MS, 39601, United States Employee Type: PRN Perform routine radiographic procedures, including C-Arm imaging in surgery, CT scans, and other imaging procedures as assigned. Assist in the training and evaluation of radiologic technology students while maintaining quality patient care and compliance with departmental standards. Education Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology. Experience Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a radiology department preferred. Certifications/Licensure Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Current Mississippi Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) license. Current CPR certification. Special Qualifications Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality diagnostic radiographs. Ability to perform radiologic procedures in the surgical setting, including C-Arm procedures. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment to obtain optimal diagnostic images. Knowledge of radiation safety principles and proper patient positioning techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
