In addition, you would work with an experienced team which provides you with the opportunity to learn new industry skills every day.ResponsibilitiesScanning AP InvoicesProcess payments, invoices and vouchersExtract specified information or add appropriate standard coding and attachments to documentsCompile simple summaries of information relating to documents processedManage timesheet collection, approval and other items related to the payroll processLocate and extract information from files and records as requestedMay perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division manually or using a calculatorAssist Senior Accounting Practitioner under close supervisionQualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONEntry level - 1 yearKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESVery good written and verbal communication skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Excel and WordSalary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.The pay ranges from $50,000.00-$70,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
