We are seeking an experienced scheduler to coordinate field staff schedules and manage client appointments. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate work schedules for field staff and clients. Plan and organize work efficiently. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Work independently and with a team as a creative problem solver. Handle patient, referral source, and clinical staff interactions over the phone. Work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines. Maintain office, computer, and organizational skills. Prepare accurate and timely reports. Qualifications Experience with scheduling in the medical field, preferably home health scheduling. Minimum of one year of scheduler experience in Home Healthcare. Attention to detail and strong organizational, oral, written communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills. Experience with Kinnser/Wellsky web‑based software.
