This program is designed for dependable clinical staff seeking a structured weekend schedule with premium compensation./ppWeekend Program Schedule: Weekend hours are defined as:/pulliFriday 11:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM/li/ulpParticipants must commit to:/pulliFour (4) weekend shifts per week (typically structured as doubles)/li/ulpCompensation Structure:/ppCNA works 30 hours, get paid for 37.5 hours/ppRN/LPN works 32 hours, get paid for 40 hours/ppImportant Pay Conditions:/pulliAdditional paid hours are forfeited if:/liulliAny scheduled shift is missed (call-out), or/liliOvertime is incurred during the pay period/liliIf forfeited, employees are paid for actual hours worked only/li/ul/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliProvide direct patient/resident care in accordance with care plans/liliAdminister medications and treatments (RN/LPN)/liliAssist residents with daily living activities (CNA)/liliMaintain accurate documentation/liliCollaborate with interdisciplinary team/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliActive NJ CNA certification or RN/LPN license in good standing/liliPrior long-term care experience preferred/liliStrong reliability and attendance required/liliAbility to commit to full weekend schedule/li/ulpAdditional Program Guidelines:/ppCall-Out Policy:/pulliAny call-out voids the weekend premium pay for that pay period/li/ulpMeal Break Requirement:/pulliMandatory meal breaks must be taken each shift in accordance with policy/li/ulpVacation PTO:/pulliCNA: Paid 30 hours for weekend vacation/liliRN/LPN: Paid 32 hours for weekend vacation/liliPTO does not count as hours worked or toward accruals/li/ulpHoliday Pay:/pulliTime and a half (1.5) paid for hours worked on holidays/liliWeekend premium is still forfeited if call-out or overtime occurs/li/ul/div
