Location : Opportunities Across Multiple Districts

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Monday-Friday, School Hours)

Pay : $22-$24 per hour (based on assignment, experience, and certifications)

Ro Health is hiring passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year . What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), implementing individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA
• Support students in achieving goals outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including behavior regulation, social skills, communication, and academic engagement
• Collect and document accurate data on behavior and skill acquisition, and collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies as needed
• Assist students in building independence across daily routines, classroom transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive, evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and agency supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to support student progress and your continued development as an RBT

What You'll Need:

• Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain-Ro Health can help!)High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (preferred)
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks
