You will receive a best in class, total compensation package that provides a comprehensive benefits program with real financial value.Your responsibilities will include:Plant layout of a manufacturing site to reduce assembly line square footage and to reduce the number of buildings required for the assembly linesDefine projects perimeter: products, technologies, locationDefine projects budget targetInvestigate and propose sites selectionDefine and validate standard panel suppliersDefine and pilot projects timing and milestonesDefine building standard specifications, include related documents, using the generic factory design packageSupport sites to define building specifications related to specific projectsAssure project management with local teamsDefine and manage project costs and savingsAssure with local teams, the setup, physical transfer, ramp up activity, SOP related to the projects until customers first deliveries + 2 monthsManage the relation and the standardization between sites involved within the same platformEvaluate resources and necessary support to reach the projects objectivesTake care of reporting, feedback and project managementCoordinate the interfaces between the PG and sitesManage / participate in the industrial plan of the Product Group in line with the MTP, within its perimeterYou should have:Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar engineering disciplineMinimum of 4 years experience in Industrial Engineering: plant layout, time studies, industrial process methodologies, etcExperience using AutoCAD or other drafting softwareExperience in problem solving Industrial Engineering issues in a high-speed manufacturing environmentJoin us!
