As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

At 370 Dental Care, we are a close-knit team of 7 professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our office offers a true family atmosphere where teamwork, positivity, and mutual respect are at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on creating a workplace that is both fast-paced and fun, allowing team members to stay engaged, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives each day.
Our schedule promotes consistency and work-life balance, with office hours Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Qualifications:
- Current dental hygienist license
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
- Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
