Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability details.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain clean and organized sales areas and product displays.
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and tagging.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in promotional activities and events as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in retail or B2B sales.
- Multilingual abilities (depending on location/customer base).
- Knowledge of the company's products or industry.
