Job Description

As a Security Officer Field Patrol in Pine Bluff, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will engage with employees and visitors, provide exceptional customer service, and support a caring, reliable team culture built on integrity and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the food and beverage production location, warehouse areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities while following facility hygiene, personal protective equipment, and access-control requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
