Inventory AnalystSalary: $60,000 – $80,000 Location: On-Site in Tallmadge, OHWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Play a key role in optimizing inventory levels and improving operational efficiency across the business.Gain visibility with supply chain, operations, purchasing, and leadership teams.Influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights and reporting.Work with advanced inventory systems, forecasting tools, and business analytics.Develop expertise in demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain performance.Contribute directly to cost savings, service-level improvements, and process enhancements.Join a collaborative environment that values continuous improvement and innovation.Build a strong foundation for future growth within supply chain, operations, or analytics leadership roles.Key Responsibilities for the Inventory Analyst:Monitor inventory levels and analyze trends to maintain optimal stock availability.Develop forecasts and inventory plans based on historical data, demand patterns, and business needs.Identify inventory discrepancies and partner with operations to resolve issues.Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to inventory performance.Analyze excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications for the Inventory Analyst:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.2+ years of inventory analysis, supply chain, planning, or related analytical experience.Strong proficiency in Excel and inventory management or ERP systems.Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
