AB Facility Services is looking for a Nighttime Cleaner to provide the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area in a Passenger Rail Station.

Essential Functions:

Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs cleaning duties such as: washing walls and glass and removing trash.

Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs.

Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.

Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Responsibilities:

Vacuum all carpets wall to wall.

Clean and Sanitize Restrooms.

Sweep all hard surface floors.

Clean and sanitize drinking fountain.

Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.

Damp mop all hard surface floors.

Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames.

Dust all ledges.

Clean all glass/windows.

Remove all trash collected.

Clean and deodorize trash containers.

Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK

MUST BE RELIABLE

MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Work Schedule:

Part-time, Night Shift

Mondays - Fridays

11:00PM-1:00AM

*Saturday - Sunday

12:00AM-2:00AM

*$13.00/HOUR
