POSITION OVERVIEW

The Neurosurgeon will provide comprehensive neurosurgical care in a hospital‑based setting, including evaluation, diagnosis, surgical intervention, and longitudinal management of complex neurological and spinal conditions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate and manage a wide range of neurosurgical conditions, including cranial, spinal, and neurotrauma cases
• Perform neurosurgical procedures consistent with training and scope of practice
• Provide inpatient and consultative neurosurgical coverage
• Collaborate closely with Emergency Medicine, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, and ICU teams
• Participate in the development and expansion of neurosurgical programs and services
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Adhere to quality standards, patient safety protocols, and hospital guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
