Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience

As a Residential Plumbing Apprentice, you'll work side-by-side with an experienced plumber who will coach, train, and mentor you every step of the way. You'll gain hands-on experience in residential plumbing while learning the skills needed to become a successful Plumbing Service Technician.

Working alongside an experienced technician, you'll develop the knowledge and confidence to:

• Assist with residential plumbing repairs and installations

• Install faucets, fixtures, toilets, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment

• Learn to diagnose common plumbing issues and recommend solutions

• Safely use plumbing tools and equipment

• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles

• Communicate professionally with homeowners

• Complete service paperwork and job documentation accurately

• Follow company safety standards and installation procedures

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong work ethic, and wants to learn a rewarding trade. You don't need previous plumbing experience-we're looking for individuals with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Construction, HVAC, maintenance, mechanical, or other skilled trade experience is helpful but not required.

Qualified candidates should have:

• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A dependable, positive attitude

• The ability to perform physical work in a variety of environments
