What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care for critically ill and premature neonates in a 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with a team of 9 neonatologists and 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
• Manage complex patient cases in a high-acuity environment
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and regional neonatal referral services
• Support family-centered care initiatives and contribute to a collaborative academic setting
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical excellence activities
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

What You Need:

• Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Neonatal or equivalent specialty certification preferred; new grads are welcomed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
