Full-Time LPN 7pm-7am

Wallick Communities seeks a full-time LPN for 7pm–7am to support residents in our senior living and affordable housing communities. This role provides compassionate bedside care, administers medications, monitors vital signs, and responds to changes in residents’ conditions. The LPN coordinates with RNs, physicians, and caregivers to implement care plans, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold safety and infection-control standards. You’ll work in a mission-driven, resident-focused environment that values integrity, teamwork, diversity, and continuous learning while making a meaningful impact every shift.
