Your Responsibilities

• Handle Full-Cycle Searches from the initial client meeting to successful closing.
• Serve as a Client Partner, fully grasping their hiring objectives, challenges, and corporate culture.
• Implement Strategic Sourcing utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your own networks and tools, including our unique communication platform.
• Utilize Our Platform efficiently to manage candidates, keep track of outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization at every stage.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that deliver enduring benefits to clients, while securing generous commissions for yourself.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we strengthen our brand and yours.
