IT Operations Technician

Description We're hiring a hands-on IT Operations Technician to support users and technology systems across warehouse, orchard, and office environments throughout our Quincy and Wenatchee locations. This role focuses on frontline technical support, workstation and mobile device deployment, troubleshooting, operational support systems, and day-to-day IT support across multiple facilities.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of technologies, working directly with users, and being part of a small IT team supporting real-world operations. The role also offers opportunities for growth within the IT Department as responsibilities and experience develop. Requirements • Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
• Experience supporting Windows workstation environments and common business technology.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively in fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with users, vendors, and IT staff.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally between sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications
