Job Description:


- Shift: 19:00-07:00
- Unit: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Location: Augusta, GA
- Number of Beds: 29
- Patient Ratios:
- 1:4 ideally
- Currently running 1:5
- Unit Staffing Description:
- Unit Secretaries (UC) and Patient Care Technicians (PCT) available
- Type of Equipment:
- Alaris IV pumps
- Welch Allyn Vital Sign machines
- Bladder scan
- Vein finder
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements: 36 hours per week
- Floating Policy: All staff float to areas of their competencies
- Patient Experience Requirements:
- Must provide safe, high-quality, and compassionate care
- Certifications Required: ACLS
- Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs, no artificial/gel nails
