Director, AI Product Marketing

About the Role Director, AI Product Marketing – A key leadership role within the RingCentral Product Marketing team that reports to the VP of Product Marketing. This position will drive AI strategy across the entire product portfolio and have significant impact across the organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute AI-focused go-to-market strategies targeting IT professionals, line‑of‑business leaders, and C‑suite decision makers. Lead cross‑functional teams across Corporate Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to coordinate AI initiatives. Shape AI positioning, messaging, and audience definitions for the product portfolio. Oversee creation of AI‑focused sales and marketing content across the customer journey. Provide sales enablement for field teams, eCommerce channels, and partners on complex AI solutions. Required Experience Product marketing leadership for AI or ML‑driven products in a global SaaS business. Expertise in AI positioning, messaging, and defining target audiences. Deep understanding of AI SaaS metrics, adoption patterns, and market dynamics. Experience launching SaaS or AI products globally. Familiarity with digital marketing, analyst relations, technology events, and technical sales enablement. Data‑driven mindset focused on adoption metrics and delivering measurable business outcomes. Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex AI concepts for various audiences and drive results in a matrix environment. Desired Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably with AI/ML technologies. Experience launching SaaS or AI products globally. Familiarity with digital marketing, analyst relations, technology events, and technical sales enablement. Data‑driven mindset focused on adoption metrics and delivering measurable business outcomes. Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex AI concepts for various audiences and drive results in a matrix environment. Nice to Have MBA or equivalent experience with a focus on AI/ML technologies. Previous Director‑level position in Product Marketing at a public company or successful start‑up. Technical background or experience with conversational AI, natural language processing, or machine learning implementations.
