Job Duties Operate production machinery to manufacture cotton fiber grinding wheels according to specifications. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet strict quality standards. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Support process improvements and innovation in abrasive solutions. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely production. Perform physically demanding tasks as required by production processes. Experience Requirements Entry-level Background within the machinery and/or production field required Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude Able to lift 50 lbs.
