Rent Collections Specialist

YES Communities seeks a Collector to manage rent and utility delinquencies, coordinate payments, and handle resident communications. This role may involve cold calling, home visits, texts, and emails to address overdue accounts, plus general office duties such as filing, phones, and greeting residents.

Applicants should have excellent communication, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision; experience in collections preferred.
