Senior Tax Associate, Real Estate and Construction

Job Description As a Senior Tax Associate, your role will include identifying and implementing tax planning and consulting opportunities for clients in the construction and real‑estate industries. You will work in an interactive team environment, participate in the tax planning and consultation process, research client issues, and regularly communicate findings with managers. Strong social skills are essential; you will mentor staff and interns. You will be an integral part of the Tax team, delivering outstanding service and contributing to the firm’s success. Qualifications BS in Accounting required, Master’s in Taxation or LLM is a plus CPA required Real‑estate partnership experience preferred Minimum of 3 years experience in public accounting, focusing on real‑estate and construction Successful engagement and client‑management skills Ability to work with the tax team to identify and resolve client issues; creativity and expertise encouraged Ability to anticipate and address client concerns, resolve problems as they arise Experience in growing client relationships Hybrid Work Environment This position operates in a hybrid work environment that balances remote flexibility with regular in‑person collaboration. Salary Compensation range: $72,700.00 – $144,000.00 per year.
