We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team as RN/RN Manager (Hybrid and Travel) and Home Health Aides.
Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN):
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Assess patient health needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
RN Manager:
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Manage and coordinate patient care services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Home Health Aide:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with mobility and transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Document patient care activities accurately.
