Project Manager

We are currently working with a respected Owner's Project Management firm that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction management, owner's representation, architecture, or engineering who enjoys being involved in every phase of a project—from early planning and design through construction and occupancy. Responsibilities Managing budgets, schedules, and project execution Acting as a trusted advisor to clients Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and public agencies Leading project meetings and keeping stakeholders aligned Helping guide projects to successful completion Qualifications 5+ years of relevant project management experience Strong construction, budgeting, scheduling, and contract knowledge Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience managing multiple projects and priorities Experience with municipal, educational, institutional, or public‑sector projects is a big plus This is a full‑time, in‑office position based in Salem, NH, with the chance to work on meaningful projects throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts while being part of a collaborative, growing team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
