Join our team at Columbia County Health System! We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and help provide nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe and sanitary environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, committed to excellent food service and patient care.

Location: Dayton General Hospital Dietary Department; Dayton, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | 10:30am - 7:00pm

Compensation: $17.13 $19.89 per hour

32-40 hours per week | 10:30am - 7pm | 4 to 5-Days a week | Afternoon Schedule | Days Vary

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Food Handler's Card required

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal and tray service to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Set up and monitor nourishments according to dietary requirements.
• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of all work areas following safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and adhere to food handling practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and document necessary information.
• Understand diet orders and follow menus and therapy sheets accurately.
• Share responsibility for the quality and quantity of food served.
