Description - What to Expect

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory assessments-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established testing protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance as well as calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for additional testing as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all laboratory procedures, support the training of new staff or students, and help uphold rigorous lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification continually throughout your tenure with us.
