Experience: Mid-level to Senior Associate Practice Area: Tax We are partnered with a leading international law firm who are looking to add an experienced Tax Attorney to their elite New York team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tax lawyer to join a sophisticated, highly regarded practice advising a broad range of clients on complex transactional and advisory matters. The Role You will work closely with attorneys across the firm's corporate and transactional practices, advising clients on the tax aspects of sophisticated domestic and international transactions. You will have significant client exposure and the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters alongside experienced practitioners. The Candidate: Strong US tax experience gained at a leading law firm Experience advising on transactional tax matters Excellent academic and analytical credentials Strong drafting and communication skills The ability to work effectively within a sophisticated, collaborative team A commercially focused approach to client service New York or DC Bar admission is required.
