Job Description : Clinical Manager, allcove Position Title : Clinical Manager Reports To : Director of Operations & Clinical Director FLSA Status : Exempt Work Schedule : Tuesday – Friday 10:30am to 7pm and Saturday 8:30am to 4pm Pay Range : $68,000 – $85,000 Department : allcove Position Summary The Wellness & Prevention Center seeks a licensed clinician for the fulltime role of Clinical Lead at allcove San Juan Capistrano. The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth mental health and a drive to lead a newly launched allcove center. allcove welcomes youth ages 12–25 with mild to moderate needs and offers services across six domains: Supported education and employment The Clinical Lead will oversee the development and delivery of clinical services aligned with the allcove model. Responsibilities include assessment, brief interventions,psychoeducation, individual/group programs, and linkage to additional services. The rolealso entails operational oversight, clinical supervision, integrated care coordination, and consultation with the Central allcove Team. Licensure Requirement Must be a licensed (or license eligible) mental health clinician in California or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction with eligibility for California licensure upon start. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy as needed. Apply evidence based techniques including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. Ensure compliance with therapeutic protocols, ethics, and legal mandates (e.g., mandated reporting). Maintain documentation and data for funding compliance. Collaborate with the Executive Director on cross-cultural and inclusive care. Engage in professional development, outreach, and team-building. Supervise clinical staff and trainees. Maintain confidentiality, compliance with state laws, and uphold HIPAA requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Requirements California Board of Behavioral Sciences licensure (or equivalent). Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft 365. Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and analysis. Ability to manage stress, meet deadlines, and follow detailed instructions. Occasional activities: stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Work at designated sites (e.g., schools or medical offices). Must have transportation between worksites.
