In this role, you'll be a key partner to our operations team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and smooth day-to-day processes that keep our business running efficiently.If you love bringing order to numbers, thrive on precision, and want to be part of a fast-paced, people-first hospitality environment, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes.What You'll DoProcess payroll and submit human resources forms accurately and on timeProcess vendor payables, prepare and submit payment requests, and manage journal entry transfersMaintain client accounts, prepare accounts receivable invoices, and follow up on delinquent accounts through collection callsReconcile cash received against cash recorded, and reconcile inventory to ensure accuracyAssist with invoice entry, transfers, and research on outstanding accounts payableMaintain organized, accurate filing of paid invoicesEnter and balance purchasing card receiptsEnter and maintain accurate, up-to-date data within inventory systemsEnter, submit, and follow up on work orders, escalating as needed to keep projects movingSupport the broader team with additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial recordkeepingComfort working with payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation processesClear, professional communication skills — you're comfortable following up with clients and vendors alikeAbility to juggle multiple administrative and accounting tasks while meeting deadlinesA proactive, organized approach and a team-player mindsetWhy Join UsJoin a team where your accuracy and reliability directly support exceptional dining experiences across our accounts.
